Ronnie Yandell MBA, EA is the Owner of Ronald D Yandell Tax Service LLC. with a focus on Individual Income Taxes, Small Business Income Taxes, Rental Property, and Income Tax Resolution. Ronnie has owned and managed his business since 2014. He respects the privacy of each taxpayer and understands the value of legal tax avoidance.

Prior to his tax preparation business, he worked in the wholesale distribution industry for 34 years. Many of those years were focused on strategic planning, organizational planning, warehouse productivity and route system planning to reduce the cost of distribution and increase productivity.

Ronnie is married to his lovely wife Nancy and enjoys doing many fun things with her. Our life is faith-based and we believe in the teaching of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

He graduated from Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls, TX in 1988 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor's degree from Wayland Baptist University, Plainview, TX in 1987. and he is a 1966 graduate of Littlefield High School, Littlefield, TX.

Ronnie holds the title of Enrolled Agent (E.A.). Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. An Enrolled Agent is a professional tax expert recognized by the United States Federal Government to represent taxpayers in dealings with the IRS. Enrolled agents, like attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), have unlimited practice rights. This means they are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can represent clients before.

Ronnie has obtained this elite status and is licensed by the United States Department of Treasury to practice in all 50 states. He must adhere to ethical standards and complete 72 hours of continuing professional education courses every three years with a minimum of 16 hours per year (2 of which must be on ethics). Prior to being licensed as an E.A., he had to undergo a full FBI background check as well as a review of his own tax compliance.

He is a member of the NAEA (National Association of Enrolled Agents) and the TXSEA (Texas Society of Enrolled Agents. The requirements for membership exceed the Internal Revenue Service’s standards and must acquire 30 hours of CPE each calendar year. He is also a member of the Lubbock Apartment Association.
